Kal's and Cindy's Day In
New York
Thanks to the generous donations from the
individuals or businesses on our sponsor page,
we were able to fly Kal, who
is now "resolved" apraxia, and his mother Cindy in from New
Mexico for our August meeting, "What happens to children with apraxia
when they grow up?" This 2 day trip, which was a first trip
to New York for both mother and son, also gave Kal and Cindy
the ability to share their story about apraxia with Inside
Edition.
Here are some pictures from Kal's and
Cindy's one day in New York.

Dakota and Tanner joined Cindy and Kal for a fancy dessert and were very well behaved. (The secret,
you ask? -we wore them out!)
(Actually, the REAL secret-we wore us
all out, but what a great day!)
