Global "Partner" Support For Apraxia

CHERAB Foundation works together with other support groups, or nonprofits that have mutual goals for helping children, as well as those that have grown up with apraxia and other speech disorders.  A support group/nonprofit could have 2 members or 3000, and can be run in your home, at a Hospital, at a Community Center, at a Coffee Shop,  at the White House, or anywhere.  You can have a professional atmosphere with sign-ins and note taking, or you can have "informal meetings" which are really scheduled play dates with the children in each other's homes.  Either way, you could invite in speakers, if you want.   Just have fun with it!

There are no rules, and we hope that when you read this it will encourage you to start a support source in your own area.  Please don't think you need someone to tell you how to start a support source, however if you have a question, please email us.

CHERAB Foundation stresses the importance of evaluations by medical authorities for neurological speech disorders like apraxia, and is overseen by and works close with doctors and hospitals, as well as speech professionals.

CHERAB Foundation welcomes any information or organizations that help children or adults with speech delays or disorders.  We are all in this together, and we, along with our partner groups share resources to help the children, and each other.

We invite any and all support groups for developmental apraxia to become a partner group.     If you want to know what's going on this month for CHERAB Foundation, the largest personal support source anywhere for children with speech disorders/apraxia, click here.
